Our Men’s Shed is Taking Shape – A Work in Progress!
After months of dedication, planning, and hands-on effort, we are delighted to see the Rathkeale and District Community Men’s Shed starting to take shape! What was once just an idea is now becoming a real space where men in our community can come together to work, learn, and connect.
Our members have been hard at work, putting in countless hours to transform this space into a welcoming and functional environment. From clearing out the area and making essential repairs to planning the layout for our workshops and meeting spaces, every step has been a team effort.

What’s Next?
One of our next big goals is to install a brand-new floor in the coming weeks. This will be a huge step in making the space safer and more comfortable for all our members. As we continue working on improvements, we are always looking for new faces to join us and be part of this exciting journey.

We meet every Thursday at 10:30 am, so feel free to drop by, say hello, and see what we’re all about. Whether you’re interested in woodworking, DIY projects, or simply having a cuppa and a chat, there’s a place for you at the Shed!
