Our first in shed Chair Yoga session was a great success!
Led by a brilliant local instructor, the session focused on simple, low-impact movements that help with flexibility, breathing, and relaxation — all done from the comfort of a chair. No need for fancy gear or experience — just a willingness to give it a go.
Everyone gave it a good try, and the feedback was brilliant. It was calming, a bit of fun, and a great way to move a little more, even if just to loosen up stiff shoulders or stretch out the back.
We’ll definitely be running more sessions like this in the future. Keep an eye on the blog and our noticeboard for dates.
